용어설명	도서국가연합은 해수면이 낮은 섬나라의 연합체이다. 이들 나라들은 기후변화상에 해수면 상승으로 인한 피해를 받기 쉬운 나라이다. 42개 국가와 옵저버로는 American Samoa, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cape Verde, Comors, Cook Island, Cuba, Cyprus, Dminica, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Grenada, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Jamaica, Kiribati, Maldives, Malta, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Nauru, Netherlands Antilles, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principle, Seychelles, Singapore, Solomon Islands, St.Kitts&Nevis, St.Lucia, St.Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu 등이 있다.
